The quiet village of Święcianowo, 10 km from a larger town (Sławno), 5 km from the lake (Ostrowieckie Lake), where there is a beach and water equipment rental. The trip to the seaside is only 25 km. The immediate surroundings of the house are meadows, forests and an idyllic landscape. Lots of opportunities for walks and bike rides in natural areas.
Large holiday villa. 180 sq m of living space, 5 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is located on a huge, fenced plot (5000 sq m). The house is well-equipped and is a perfect accommodation for groups and families with children. In addition to bedrooms and bathrooms, there are as many as 2 kitchens available on site. The first one, perfectly equipped, is connected to a spacious living room (large table, fireplace). The second kitchen is in a separate room. On the first floor, in addition to 4 separate bedrooms, there is an additional living room with TV. Wireless internet is available.
The surroundings of the house allow you to spend time outdoors. The large lawn creates a setting for many different games and activities. There is also a place for a bonfire and a garden shed, where you can spend a nice, social evening.
The owner of the house lives in the same village (approx. 1 km away) and is always available to help or advise. He has a fishing pond stocked with fish next to his house, where he invites guests to go fishing (for an additional fee; if necessary, you can also rent basic fishing equipment). The owner of the facility also has fish ponds where he breeds trout. It is possible to buy such fresh fish straight from the pond.
The price of the stay includes: bedding, electricity and water consumption, firewood, internet, parking, baby cot, high chair.
The main attraction here are the natural values, vast meadows, dense forests, perfect for hiking, walking and cycling. In case of bad weather, we suggest a trip to Koszalin. It is worth visiting the large, attractive water park, especially with children.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
