"Good breakfast. Triple room was an odd setup for a group of friends (optimized for disabled guests sooner bed was a hospital bed and the bathroom had a sliding glass door that lacked privacy). My main issue was a constant tapping or dripping noise throughout the whole night that disrupted my sleep. "

I regret the quality of the food at the restaurant as well as its design which made me think I better cross the street to go to the Mac Donald. The Spa is great but its opening hours till 9PM makes it difficult to enjoy a business day, a restaurant and finishing the day at the spa. So sad."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
