"I had booked a Deluxe room. Firstly they gave me a different room - really dirty as If it’s a shared room in a lodge. After raising the complaint, they changed the room with rolling eyes. Such scammers!"

"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

Regardless of the fact that it is overpriced and not really a boutique hotel, it’s in a very good neighbourhood in Delhi, access to the airport is straightforward, it’s clean, safe, friendly and comfortable.
