We stayed for 6 nights February 2024. Location is nice and secure. The room was very well stocked with laundry (washing machine is in your own apartment) and kitchen supplies (including an electric water kettle). Apartment was very nice and spacious and the bedroom was cool upstairs with circular stairs. One oddity, the shower is small and does not have a curtain/door behind you so water can get all over. Will definitely come back.

The apartment was a perfect size for the 2 of us, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed. Malaga town, tourist attractions and a beach within walking distance. Dining options very close by and 2 supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. About 25 minutes walk to Maria Zambora station for trains to Granada, Seville, Cordoba and El Chorro/Caminito del Rey.

The highlights are cleanliness and communication. The negative points are noisiness throughout the night especially weekends. The photos on line are very misleading in terms of the interior features of the units. The apartment did not have high ceilings, large windows or historic charm as portrayed in the photos. Disappointing.

Clean as a whistle.
A spotless modern apartment with everything you’ll need at hand. Fantastic central location right on the border of the old town. Everybody I dealt with in the reception area was extremely helpful & friendly. I do have one tiny tiny gripe, the Wi-Fi was awful & kept cutting out.

The apartment is spacious, spotless and in a fantastic location. The only slight negative (which is outside control of owners) was the people shouting in street way into early hours. Meant windows could not be left open. Will be back

We have no complaints about booking this apartment in itself, however, even though it was on a narrow street, there seems to be no street noise laws and we failed to get sleep on the 3 nights we stayed for the shouting/singing etc from people outside. Such a shame as it’s a lovely apartment.

Wonderful apartment and situation
Absolutely wonderful. Perfect for us. Nice, large, cool apartment. Quite quiet inside. Street steps away from the centre and easy reach of great eating places and supermarkets. Can walk everywhere. Had great wifi and everything u could want. Staff were wonderful. So helpful and greeted is at the agency cost to the apartment at 1am without cost of problem. We stayed 13 nights.

Lovely apartment for one night with our friends in Malaga. Great to have more space than a hotel room! Only issue was that the air conditioninig did not go below 22 degrees, and fan did not work. Quite warm and sticky night! Lovely location right next to centre, walking distance to everything

Stayed 5 nights. We had a first floor apartment and the bedroom overlooks the street. The street noise from 2-5am kept us awake most nights though not helped by the malfunctioning aircon in the bedroom. Knowing the issue with the noise from the street at night, I would choose another location as this apartment is not cheap and there are plenty of alternatives.

Nice clean apartment in central location
Overall a great stay, the apartment was really clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We had 2 children under 2 and they provided cots and highchairs as discussed prior to arrival. Location was central and able to walk to restuarants, park & harbour. The downside was the showers being cold sometimes (It was warm when I went in but it went cold within a couple of minutes and stood waiting for hot water again about 20mins and gave up. This also happened when I took my son for a shower however after about 10/15mins the warm water came through). Told the staff and they just said they will mention it - not sure what that means. The other downside was the building work outside the apartment, we couldn't hear it but had to walk over it daily (workmen would help daily with 2 strollers not ideal). The final thing was the noise in the evenings from restaurants below the apartment. There is soundproof windows which blocks out alot but if you're a light sleeper it may disturb you. Despite all this we would stay again as long as there was hot water for the showers.

We stayed in a top floor unit with the bedroom and ensuite up a spiral staircase. The staircase was awkward but fine for us. Anyone with balance or mobility issues would find them difficult. There was a full bathroom, kitchen and laundry on the main floor. The unit was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Very quiet at night. A two minute walk to anything you could need or want. 10 minutes walk to the main airport train. The Pinar staff were very professional. Highly recommended..

Lovely reception people, modern, clean, good location. Lovely first stay in Malaga. On the downside, sofa and chair uncomfortable for us and very noisy through the night with people in the street/bar shouting till 6 in the morning. Also only local Spanish TV.

Our apartment was lovely, perfect for a couple. It was in a great area, 5-10 minutes walk away from the centre and 20-25 minutes walk from the port and beach. The street outside, Carreteria, is being resurfaced, so a bit noisy with building work but Pinar Apartments warned of this in advance. The improvements are necessary and will make the area even more attractive than it already is

This is a great property - the apartments are super clean and nicely furnished - loved that it has both central AC and central heating. The neighbourhood is great and you are a 6 minute walk to anything or everything. The staff spoke great English and were very helpful the 3 times I came by with special requests. Very attentive. My only challenge was the wifi - when it worked - it was great, but in the 9 days I was there - it had to be reset 3 times as it kept going offline - the staff finally showed me a trick so that I could log into any wifi they had and it would then work OK. I would definitely want to come back to any Pinar property.

Excellent location, quiet and walking friendly
The apartment was clean on a very good location to Malaga center. We could walk practically everywhere at the central historic locations. The street of the building was under renovation and construction, machinery and dust- this was a temporary inconvenience for our stay, but it seems to be completed soon. The advertising view picture is different of what we got with no view. The neighborhood was quite at night but the doors in the apartments were noisy which may affect sleep after 10 PM. Beds were comfortable, hot water worked very well. Except for the no view and street construction, everything was very convenient, and the location was great to walking distances (if you enjoy moderate walking- taxis are very easy to get) and easy to get to the noisy fun, active and cultural center.

Very spacious apartment, especially good if you want to save and cook your own meals. My apartment had two balconies that looked onto a side street. Since the apartment is in the historic centre, it can get pretty loud at night, especially at the weekend when I was staying; however, it wasn’t a concern for me personally. In a very good location, close to most of the sights in historic Malaga.

3 night stay in good location for Malaga city
Stayed in studio apartment. Accomodation is in one of 3 blocks. Clean, compact studio apartment set off main landing. Had great kitchen facilities, bathroom fairly small. Room quite dark as had a window facing an inner atrium. Fine for short stay but if staying longer or planning to spend much time indoors then may be better to choose room with glass doors/road view. Benefit of this room was that it was very quiet despite being on main road. Large door to entrance was noisy even when trying to close quietly, not a problem in our room but could imagine it may be if in a room off the main staircase ie those with glass doors with road view . Would stay again. Reception staff helpful, arranged taxi for 4am pick up.
