Enjoy a stylish holiday in this central renovated penthouse very close to the Fuengirola Beach. You can enjoy the morning sun and watch the Mediterranean Sea from the main terrace, whilst the secondary terrace gets the afternoon sun. You have restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket at your doorsteps and you can swim in the sea right in-front of you and take long walks on the Paseo Marítimo de Fuengirola.
The space
The apartment has three renovated bedrooms, living room with a compact kitchen and two small terraces and two bathrooms (one has a shower and the other has a bathtub). The apartment is located next to beach and there are restaurants, shops, bars and supermarket just at the doorstep. The Boliches train station is 7mins walk away (550m) enabling easy commute to Malaga city or to the airport.
Other things to note
There is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the third floor. Hotel Yaramar is located just next door and has entertainment that can be enjoyed from the apartment terrace. There is live music until about 23:00 during high season at the Yaramar Hotel pool area, which can be seen from the main terrace. The apartment has new double glazed windows that help to block noises of the city.
