"The room wasn’t clean at first I have to reach out to the staff which they were not that helpful and very disrespectful to get the room I reserve was a big problem a state for three days and the robe was never changed and it was dirty at first I would never go back there again"

"Wouldn’t stay again At best it’s a 4 star. Room was tatty and dated even though it was upgraded which i appreciated. The phone did not work and after I complained nobody turned up. Had to go downstairs all the time to order something. Needs improvement"
