"We have just had a fabulous 10 days at Oceanis and completely fallen in love with Eastern Crete. The property is a calm oasis and so beautifully maintained. "Excellent place. Amazing food (actually too good). Nice staff. Only downer is a 100 euro "climate crisis tax" slapped on your bill at the end. If you're going to obligatorily add 100 euros to a bill. You should say this at the time of booking. When do we draw the line on this? A "water crisis tax" of 20,000 euros slapped on a check out bill? I realise it's not all their fault. But more could be done."
