Newly renovated with spectacular West Maui and South Shore views, this home is centrally located for all your North Shore and Upcountry activities. The perfect house with all the amenities: This 3 bedroom / 2 bath house is finished with travertine throughout the kitchen and bathrooms and Brazilian koa wood floors, with a slate floor laundry room. A gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances will please even the most discriminating chef. It also boasts a 55 inch HDTV and a deluxe front-loading washer/dryer, as well as high-speed wi-fi provided for guest use.

1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
