"Excellent hotel with lovely spa, pool, rooms, foyer and beach. Walk into Makarska takes about 20 mins with lots of bars and restaurants on the way, some quite tacky. Beach access is easy to roped off area away from watersports. Good choice of Excellent food from the buffet, although some hot dishes could be warmer. Rooftop terrace bar is incredible with spectacular views over the bay towards Brac and Hvar. Would definitely return."

"Although the room was small it had everything we needed for a short stay. Room was updated and clean, linens were fresh, basic cooking utensils provided, good wifi, ample parking space, short direct walk to the beach. I could go on. We would stay again!"

The owner, Tonci was extremely accommodating and arranged a private tour to Mostar, Bosnia which included a wine tasting at Brkic Winery. Makarska is approximately 40 mins south of Split.
