Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. "Hotel staff were surprised when I checked in as a single female and after seeing the room I realised why. The lock on the door had been broken and was not fixed, the windows on a first floor room did not close - this meant the room was 40 degrees Celsius and raised security concerns. There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. "
