"Fritz provided a bed that I needed. No room account, so everything I bought had to be paid on a handheld POS device that sometimes didn't work. Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. "3pm was check in but had to wait for 2hrs till we got to our room. They did give us complementary dinner! We were very thankful for that! This place is beautiful and the staff are all very nice!!! I will return! Oh and the best thing was the beds, was like sleep on a cloud!!!! "
"I need to start by saying the staff of the hotel was amazing. Having said that the hotel was in desperate need of maintenance. There were stains all over the carpets. There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor. I almost tripped and fell getting out of the elevator.
Again the staff was kind and wonderful. But the hotel needs to be shut down and renovated from talk to bottom.

My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet. "
