Outstanding B&B

The Risen B&B , is new to the Maidstone market . The establishment is first class, cleanliness, bed ,large bedroom and food all excellent . Hosts good too . If you book in here you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful stay

Probably the nicest B&B I’ve stayed in. Christine and Andy were so friendly, kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Best poached eggs ever. The room was spotlessly clean, there was everything you needed in the room and a guest fridge in the dining room.

The breakfasts were outstanding in quality and variety. Especially loved the fresh fruit salads. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole house was pristine and our room spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly sparkling, modern and the shower was easy to use. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful and made our stay really enjoyable.One of the best b & b's we've ever stayed in.

Must stay if in Maidstone!

My daughter and I stayed a night passing through Maidstone. The property is beautiful, comfortable, clean and new with a nice backyard but the thing that makes this place a MUST STAY is Christine and her husband. They are amazing, so welcoming without being obtrusive. They think of all the small touches like a tea set in the room and milk and extras. They had a dinner recommendation ready that met our vegetarian needs and it was outstanding. In the morning they made breakfast to order and treated us to such a luxurious experience I wish we had stayed longer. Lastly, as we were leaving to head back to london they again had a fantastic recommendation for a stop along the way. The entire experience was incredibly comfortable.

Our 2nd time here.Visiting my aunt. Had lovely welcome from Christine. Bedroom spotless plenty of room with lovely en-suite. Was nice having use of fan. I’d forgotten my straighteners but I needn’t of worried there was some along side hairdryer in drawer. Iron&ironing board in cupboard. Was able to make tea coffee etc in room. Lovely cold bottles of water in fridge downstairs with fresh milk to help yourself. Breakfast is great.Nice choice. Porridge is lovely. Andy very friendly with great ideas for days out. Will definitely be back when visiting my aunt again. Thankyou Christine &Andy for your warm welcome again.

Perfect BnB in Maidstone!

Amazing Bed and Breakfast, best one we have ever stayed in! The owners are awesome, very helpful and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. Perfect quiet location and lovely gardens. The property is decorated tastefully and good spaces to park cars which is a bonus in a safe quite location and neighbourhood. The breakfast is top notch.

Could not ask for more! From Risenden:D

From start to finish Risenden , made our stay relaxed and effortless. There was clear and informative communication before and during our stay. We used the recconmendation of Sissinghurst as a nearby place to visit :) which we had not thought of. Andy and christine booked us a local pub meal for that evening and gave us directions. The room was immaculate! Nice and quiet! With excellent tea and coffe facilities and a large bottle of pure water. We cant wait to go back - we felt part of Risenden , rather then just customers :)

Just an amzing stay! Even having cooked full english breakfast at 630 was not an issue. The host is so friendly and welcoming, it felt like home away from home. Beautiful rooms. 10+++ score.

A fantastic stay with fantastic service.

Amazing service by the owners! Very kind, flexible and hospitable. The place was beautiful and the room felt very homely. The bed was ridiculously comfortable! A really lovely stay - would highly recommend.

A home away from home

I was staying just a couple of nights while away for work but it felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless and the bedroom was huge! Super comfortable and quiet. And the host was an absolute angel making the best coffee!
