Advertised as a luxury stay, this property was a collection of severe safety hazards, filth, and terrible service.Safety Violations:Expired Equipment: Fire fighting equipment was expired (end of 2025).Nails & Trips: Found 6 protruding nails on the stairs and in single room. Curtains are 30cm too long, creating a serious trip hazard.No CO Detector: The stove extractor fan was broken, and no carbon monoxide detector was installed.Substandard Amenities & Cleanliness: No Hot Water: Downstairs washroom had no hot water due to broken tap.Filthy: Windows were covered in dirt and cobwebs. Outside bins reeked of a foul, uncleaned smell.Damaged/Missing Items: The iron was heavily stained. No anti-slip or bath mats were provided in either bathroom. Front doorbell was broken.Neglected Grounds: Gardens were untamed and inaccessible. Walls are scuffed and need paint.Fridge freezer needs defrosting and cleaned. All of the above made stay average. Avoid at all costs.
