"Our initial room was overlooking the parking lot. I wanted to upgrade to a Mountain View room (facing the mountains instead of the parking lot), so they charged us more per night…no problem, I can accept that. The new room was on the complete other end of the resort. Had to carry all of our bags. Then that room had no hot water. We obviously had no choice but to complain. They said ok we’ll give you a new room. It was across the hall from our original room. 3 rooms later everything is great, but this is the hospitality business and was hoping for a little more help and not feel like I am a problem customer. "

"We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. "My stay was great. Off season for a ski mountain, so the place was wonderfully quiet. The mattress was comfy, the lights in the room have a neat feature to keep you from forgetting to turn them off, internet is good (supported a conference call), dinner in the pub was excellent as were the views!"
