"We just had one overnight stay, and everything was fine, until our TV did not work. Management reacted quickly, sent a maintenance person, but they could not fix it. The front desk offered to switch rooms, but by that time we were too tired, so we got an upgraded breakfast out of the situation. It all worked out fiine in the end."
