"The property was exactly what the pictures showed. The view was ok was able to see the pool and the ocean from the room. Over all I would recommend. Please look into cleaning prices prior to arrival they charge you as soon as you arrive depending on your room and the room damage fees as well. "

"Our 2nd trip to St. Maarten and a perfect 2 month winter getaway! Gorgeous view of the golf course, lagoon and Mullet Bay! Property manager, Isabelle, was so sweet and very responsive to every need. Loved the rain shower head in the bath, deck and walkable distance to shopping, groceries, fabulous restaurants, local buses, taxis and famous Maho beach. Ten minute drive to the airport and amazing view of landing planes. Pool and spa were not heated but the pool area and landscape were spacious and beautiful!"

"Staying at the cliff is a terrific option when visiting Saint Martin. This unit in particular has an amazing view of the ocean, beach and pool areas. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach towels are provided. Some more beach chairs would’ve been helpful. The beach itself is small but very nice. The water is swimmable. Security is excellent. The staff is friendly. The place is within walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and 5 to 10 minutes my car from the airport. All in a relatively quiet, residential area. Tough to beat."

"this was a great place to stay, the gated community was safe, friendly and has the best beach on the island! the unit we stayed in was perfect for a family vacation with 2 bedrooms and large common space with views of the ocean. easy walk to a beautiful private beach with great sunsets. the waves are bigger than in the bay beaches so it can be slightly rough getting in and out but once in, the water was super clean, warm, and swimmable. Sitting on the beach it was great to watch the waves break and the white foam spread across the beach. The common pool was also clean and refreshing and was not overcrowded. people were friendly through out the resort.the local area had a great organic food store and another conventional supermarket within walking distance and several good restaurants within walking distance."
