"The unit and property are beautiful. This was our third visit to the island and the views from this unit were by far the best we have had so far. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable, and well stoked with anything you could ever need. The location was easy access to multiple beaches (Mullet Bay which is in my opinion one of the prettiest beaches on the island was less than a 5 minute walk). There were also plenty of options for eating out within walking distance, and a fantastic corner market for picking up supplies less than a block away. The infinity pool is a fantastic place to spend the afternoon for those who want the blue ocean views without worrying about crowds and sandy bottoms. All around a 5 star place to spend your vacation."

"Just needs a little more attention to the condo. The in laws had another one condo upstairs w/ same floor plan that was so much better decorated and furnished. Living room tv, washer and ice maker needs some attention. Could be so much better but still nice overall. Great oceanfront view and service from the front desk. They pool and overall property was great. Loved that the property was gated and well secure"

"Overall, we had a good experience during our stay in Sint Maarten. The location was excellent, with Mullet Bay Beach just a short five-minute walk away and numerous restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool and the private beach access. Stacey, the property manager, was responsive, helpful, and quick to address issues that arose during our stay.That said, there were a few areas that could be improved:1. My understanding is that hosts on VRBO are required to provide check-in instructions at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. I sent a message to the host through VRBO 48 hours prior to check-in, since we hadn't received this information. He did not respond, so I sent another message about 24 hours prior to check-in. Finally, we received a response with check-in instructions at 8:23am on the day of arrival (less than 8 hours prior to check-in).2. There was no hot water when we arrived. Fortunately, Stacey responded promptly and had the issue resolved quickly.3. One of the balcony chairs was broken.4. One of the provided beach chairs and the beach umbrella were also broken.5. The mattresses in the bedrooms seemed to be worn and were not very comfortable."
