Could have clean and replaced the towels
Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

The property seems to be very new. Staff was friendly and the location is close to the amusement park. There are really no choices of food in the area after 8pm. The bed, pillow, and comforter are horrible.

Check-in en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil très compliqué, la borne 24h/24h présente dans le sas d'entrée n'est pas fonctionnelle, vous devez attendre désespérément que la personne de garde vous voit pour vous ouvrir. En dehors de ça l'hôtel est très propre est à 10 min d'Europa Park.

Está junto a la autopista y cuando los precios en la zona de Estrasburgo se disparan por navidad es una buena opción.a 40 minutos de Colmar Estrasburgo etc.

Gut, sauber und unkompliziert. Würde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Super Lage um Rulantica oder Europa Park zu besuchen. Wer eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Das Hotel liegt direkt nahe der Autobahnausfahrt. Ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war wirklich gut. Ideal für eine Zwischenübernachtung oder für einen Besuch im Europapark.

Sehr nettes Personal, liegt mitten in einem Gewerbegebiet. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher und die Betten sind bequem. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen

Ik vond het jammer dat de medewerkster bij het inchecken geen engels wilde praten. Het was wel een erg net en schoon hotel, onze kamer was ook schoon.Het hotel ligt dicht bij europapark. Een nare ervaring was dat er midden in de nacht vanaf ongeveer 3:00 tot 4:00 iemand over de gang aan het rennen was.Het was best eng en gaf geen veilig gevoel.
