The hotel is in need of serious renovation and development. On the website there's a 4 star sign outside but when you get thetr it doesn't exist. I think there should be a lae protecting us from havinh to contunue with a booking if the place is not acvording to what you see. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. The staff were very nice and house keeping was excellent. But we were disappointed that the club room was closed due to ramadan. We wish this had been communicated to us in advance. The morning breakfast was good but the evening snacks were the same cold quiche every night which quickly got boring. It was not the club floor experience we were expecting."
