"The grounds were beautiful and the beach was stunning!! The staff for the most part were wonderful, but the pool wait servers were not good at all. They didn't seem to actually want to work and make tips. We would ask for drinks and get completely ignored. That was really our only complaint. The bartenders were great though. Our kids loved the NA frozen drinks. Maybe a more broad menu for dinner would be good but not a deal breaker. Overall, we had a great time."

"Properly is very clean. Rooms and interior seem recently renovated (year or so). Beds and interior of room nice and clean and fresh. No pet or animal smell in the bulding or room (trust me i can tell). Walkable distance to rhe historical area and within reach of some of the Tram sites/destinations. Cookies to die for! "The resort was right on the beach with a beautiful walkway that was lined with colorful flowers. There was also a nice pool area and two spots to rinse the sand off outdoors. We also really appreciated the breakfast delivery in the morning, the beach towels, and ability to coordinate chairs and an umbrella setup on the beach. The beach bus was also a convenient way to get downtown since it stops at the resort. We would stay here again."

"All great. Ambient fragrances used gave me asthma during my stay and had massive asthma attack in the bar. So the cleaners are not hypoallergenic or the aroma diffusers, some strong chemical is used that triggers allergies. Everything else fab."
