- Perfect for couples who want to escape city living. Enjoy peaceful and romantic seclusion with a view of one of the many gorgeous lakes of Almaguin Highlands right out your patio deck, and wind down under the sky in our canopy hot tub. The Loon Cottage is the ideal accommodation!
Loon is a private one-bedroom space.
The cottage is fully furnished, equipped with a full kitchen (with 4 burner Stove/Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, Gas BBQ), cozy living room (with flat-screen satellite TV), an intimate bedroom with one King-sized bed, and a 3-piece bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower. Additionally, all linen and towels will be provided.

Ahmic Lake Resort is your ultimate escape as it’s not just a resort - it’s a wilderness getaway experience!
It is an all-season resort located north of Muskoka in the Magnetawan / Parry Sound / Almaguin Highlands region.
The resort offers one-, two-, three-bedroom spacious cottages and a beautifully appointed five-bedroom home just a few steps away from the Lake. You can rent for 2 or the entire magnificent collection that can house up to 50 guests for a reunion or function.
The resort also offers a licensed Restaurant and Sports Bar.
