"Room was clean, staff was accommodating, several amenities on the property."

"Clean but towels not changed first night and room not made up. Loud noises and partying until 1:30 and only stopped because we had to call security twice. Ruined our Disney day becaue boys were so tired and couldn’t do anything the next day. Fab in our room stayed cold even after trying to adjust and would go on and off every 7 minutes blowing air into our face in our room while we tried to sleep, so jno good sleep "

"Omelettes were great, international cuisine was great, the pizza was great, the milkshakes were great, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well kept, the pools, lazy river and slides were fun, towels and life jackets provided, steps away from volcano bay. Just all around a great experience. "

"The breakfast was not the best the pool was good but the lady with tattoos at the bar was very rude, also my sink kept getting clogged and told them from the beginning of my stay but they didn’t do anything until the third day"

"The check in line was 45 minutes long. I had selected to pay at property, and they charged me 50% of the stay three days prior to check in. I called to ask what that charge was for, and they said it was a deposit that would be subtracted from my total at check in. “To make sure the card was active.” The clerk tried to charge me for the entire stay, insisting that the total cost was what remained after the deposit, and essentially tried to charge me $260 more. I showed her the proof of my receipt, and she made me wait another 30 minutes before coming back to claim it was a “glitch” in the system and adjusting my total to show the accurate amount. If I hadn’t caught the mistake, they would have pocketed an extra $260. Do not recommend this hotel. "
