Great Cabin - Exactly As Advertised
It was a wonderful long family weekend! Cabin has everything you could need to be comfortable and everything you need to cook. The only thing I’d recommend is some extra towels for the hot tub. Don’t hesitate to book this cabin, you will love it and the amazing views!

We’ve stayed in many Vrbo properties, and this property was easily one of our favorite rentals ever. Most importantly, it offers incredible almost 180 degree views from both the upper and lower floors of the valley and surrounding mountains. The house is very well built, very well maintained and has expansive outdoor porch space filled with propane grill, rocking chairs, dining sets, games, hammocks, and hot tub that occupied our kids for hours and enticed the whole family to linger outside and enjoy the outdoors. The home was comfortably furnished and well stocked with everything you need to make your stay complete. If there is anything you lack, the grocery is just a few minutes away. We cooked a lot and felt the kitchen had all the tools we needed to feed our large group. Cleanliness: this home is THE CLEANEST rental I’ve ever seen. It was impressive. I felt tempted to clean on our vacation because I felt guilty for messing up such a clean home! The listing misled us a little because it is truly a 3 bedroom home: the double futon is not in a bedroom, rather it’s in the downstairs living space. One con: the drive up was a little intense for our fully loaded vehicle - the climb is very steep. We can confirm what other reviewers mentioned - the turn into the driveway is very narrow and sits directly on top of a steep drop off. That being said, we loved this home and made many great memories here. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Getaway!
The house was perfect and we absolutely enjoyed our week long stay! It had everything we needed and more! The sunrise over the mountains was so beautiful! The driveway is a little tricky but we figured it out. If we ever visit Maggie Valley again we definitely want to stay here again!

We always celebrate our granddaughter's birthday with a visit north to find snow. Maggie Valley has never disappointed us ! The Love Nest was the perfect location/residence !! I haven't read a review to adequately describe it and not sure my words will. I knew when we entered this HOME that there was love and warmth surrounding us. The floor plan, decor and amenities satisfied each of us differently and all positively !! Thank you to our hosts for sharing their special love nest and we hope to visit again !!!!

Wonderful location in the mountains!
Quiet and secluded, with absolutely fabulous views! The sound of the waterfall is so relaxing. The hot tub and sauna were also a hit! Parking is a little challenging for more than 2 cars.

My wife, adult daughter and I stayed two nights and enjoyed the great views from the back deck. The house was exceptionally clean, well stock and tucked away in the mountains. The leaves had begun to turn so the scenery was stunning. We had a great visit!

The perfect getaway!
So nice and private, clean and well maintained. The cabin had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t know we needed until we got there and realized we how great it was to have.. like the hot tub and the pool table! The kids had a great time and we did too. Highly recommend. Beautiful area convenient to town but far enough to enjoy nature.

Awesome house.
We have stayed in more than a few VRBOs, and this one was by far the best. Normally use a house as a base camp and spend little time in them, but had a rain day that kept us in and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need.

Very large home, great view, very private. The house is equipped with all the amenities you need to have a relaxing vacation. Only issue we had was the entrance to the property - very narrow and too close to the side of a hill for our liking. Other than that the Love Nest was worth the stay.

The rental process was easy. Location was good except the driveway was a little difficult to get in and out. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. The biggest problem we had was the television system. Difficult to operate and the internet kept going off and we would have to reset it. This occurred several times. Otherwise it is a good house and we liked it very much. Wonderful view! Loved the porches and hot tub!

Loved the home design inside and outside, the view from the upper deck was AWESOME! The lower deck provided shade from the sun while the Hot Tub was FABULOUS! Interior design was so comfortable to live on and enjoy friendly conversations. The Pool table and Sauna were entertaining and fun for all.

Nice location for a rendezvous with old friends.
Nice location and views. Home was clean and well appointed. Bed in guest room needs to be retired. One of the sofas in LR needs to be retired. These comments are more a suggestion than a complaint. We enjoyed the house and would not hesitate to stay here again. My only regret is that my wife has now informed me that we're getting a sauna. It's only 90 minutes from our home so I'm sure we'll be back.

Amazing Family Vacation
Very beautiful home. Exactly what it was advertised as. Very well set up for a large family that likes to stay in and cook. We never reached for anything in the kitchen that was not available to us. The views were absolutely amazing. We went during the off season for the area. So some things were shut down in the Maggie Valley area. However all us including the two teenagers that where with us just enjoyed stay at the home a couple of days . It was just a short Drive into Cherokee and Asheville. Very convenient to travel for the day to the sites . Over all, Just a magnificent trip with absolutely no complaints . Will plan to return for another stay.

Beautiful home overlooking Maggie valley
My family and I could not have enjoyed our stay at The Love Nest “ any better. It’s a beautiful multi-level modern cabin home situated just outside Waynesville. The views are spectacular especially now in October. The home is very clean and well appointed with all the necessary cooking/serving products. There are two large outdoor decks with a hot tub,BBQ, picnic tables and Adirondack chairs. The lower level is the party place with fireplace, large bar and pool table. The owner was very attentive to our needs and checked in with us during the stay. The drive up the winding road is typical for NC but worth getting to the top for the views. A great family getaway and we would certainly return on our next visit.

The initial house we had rented host sent me a text when we were halfway there, from central Alabama, and said that the property was not available, we had already pain the rental. Mountains galore
We visit Maggie valley 2 or 3 times per year and stay in a rental home. This property is spacious. ( we had 3 couples for a few days) We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed each day. This home has glass walls on main level that make you feel like you're living in the mountains. Full basement with sonna and hot tube. Enjoyed several superb meals at Blue Rooster. Great location with beautiful mountain views.
