"I gave it "OK" rankings because your survey does not allow for "don't know".
The hotel is not open. It is closed. There is no one there. I had to find another hotel at the the drop of a hat. Not sure how I was able to book a hotel that is not open. I think this is on Expedia and not the hotel. "

"Please note that on the English language Expedia (and others') website, and Google maps this resort is competely wrongly placed! It is actually in Mae Ramat village!"

"This is my third time staying here. I like the location because it's next to Robinsons, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very nice. I usually stay for a week and will continue to use this hotel every time I come to Maesot.
