Great location, very clean rooms and very grateful for the building security. We also had a discount for car parking. I would definitely stay here again AND be sure to get a bigger room. That was the only downside but that was on me.
There is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with heavy bags. The staff was helpful and got us checked in quickly. The room was quite small, including the bathroom, but it made do. I think the pictures make the room look nicer than it actually is, but it’s a good option for a hotel. The location was great and made it easy to get around the city.
The hotel is located very close to the Gran Via metro station; it is comfortable, quiet, and convenient for visiting the city center. No A/C but it was cool for us (may)
It’s a great hotel. It’s very close to the Time Square of Spain. Lots of food and shopping options in the area. the only downside of this hotel is that it’s not open 24 hours. Check in is at 2pm and they charge extra for checking in earlier. If you do get there before check in time, they allow you to leave your luggage in their little lobby and you can walk around the area. If you do decide to book this hotel, make sure your flight doesn’t land early in the morning or you’ll be stuck walking around for hours.
Excellent location, friendly staff, good overall condition, room and washroom is super small really small but functional, you can go to all the tourist sites at a 20 walk distance. Excellent for price
The place is very central to everything and at the same time, very quiet, you can’t hear any noise of the busy Madrid at all, the service was very nice and the room was spotless. If you are thinking for a place to be in Madrid city center, this one is your place.
This property it is not for travellers with suitcases, there’s no lift and a lot of stairs and the rooms very small hardly can fit your luggage

Great location, easily walkable to Metro and fashionable shopping. Room (110) was tiny. Got one bed for two people and “cozy” is an understatement. Could barely move in shower. Could hear the neighboring room. Couldn’t control the room temperature.

This was a last-minute stay and it was really great for the price we paid!
The property itself is quite old. Finding the door was an issue. We had to go in to a local shop to help us and when she showed us where it was, it's basically just a big wooden door with no sign outside apart from a small plaque which unless you walk up to it you wouldn't see it.
The staff were ok,I'm English and they had a basic understanding. The room(standard double) was quite small. The bathroom was tiny but the shower was nice as long as someone didn't flush the toilet while you're showering. My mind was confused as to why they put a kettle in your room with no cups and spoons as you are not allowed to use the ones from the hotel, which is more of a hostel really. Albeit the street outside is full of shops and you are a stones throw away from the Grande via, Spains answer to Oxford street so if you're a shopaholic then you're in luck. Be careful of pickpockets and women of illrepute and you'll be fine, unless you want that. Basically with this "hotel" you get what you paid for. It's cheap but there are better rooms that are a lot more and look quite nice. I was only here for 4 nights but it was ok, not brilliant but alright. If you are of the LGBTQ community then you will also be ok as from 25.5.26 it gets a bit lively. When you're here try the paella and the calamari sandwich...ole
Great location to close to most place that tourist will visit. It will be great if some staff at the reception in the night for safety reason and incase anyone needs anything.
