Practical studio apartment of 35 square meters is ideal for four people who want to know Madrid, or for those who come a few days for business. Its location is very strategic for those who want to get to know Madrid by foot. It is very close to almost everything just walking. But if walking is not an option, the apartment is near two stations: Sevilla and Gran vía. Very close to the Atocha station that connects with the suburban train. Close to the flat you can find amazing restaurants and architectural pieces exclusive to Madrid in a historic area with a lot of charm. You will find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid.
The area of Puerta del Sol, the Sun Gate, is known as the epicenter of Spain. In the 1400's, it was the gate or entrance of the east side of the city. Since the sun rises in the east, it got the name Puerta del Sol. It is now the center of 'kilometer 0' of Madrid. All roads are measured from this point.
