  • Brand New Luxury Apartm (November 2019); 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 insuite, luxury shower), living room, kitchen and dining room. Charming decoration, fully equipped. 1 floor Street level and other floor semi-basement. In the heart of Barrio de las Letras, walking distance to best places.
    We will be delighted to make recommendations on plans or restaurants, and we can help you getting tickets for the most interesting shows in town (theater, football, etc).
    In addition, we offer the following on-demand services:- Car Parking 50 and 400m: 20euros/day- Cleaning service + bedsheets change: 40euros/service- Door to door laundry service (cleaning and ironing): 5´75euros/kg- Daily Cleaning Service (check with us)- Early check-in, late check-out depending on availability

Really nice and smooth experience for booking first Vrbo outside the US. Communication was clear and responsive with the property manager Lucia. She was very helpful when issues arose and were solved quickly. Would stay again here when visiting Madrid.
