- Quiet apartment building in Chamartín, one of the best areas in northern Madrid, offering a safe atmosphere and 24-hour security. Well connected by public transport. Enjoy the indoor heated pool, small gym, shared garden, and ping pong table. Weekly laundry service is included in the building.
The 60 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a private covered terrace, and accommodates up to 4 guests. Central air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms and living room. Fully equipped kitchen with Italian coffee maker. Washing machine, ideal for active travelers. High-speed fiber optic internet with 600 mb Wi-Fi, TV, video on demand, and a workspace. Step-free access and private elevator. Baby cot available.
Pool with changing room and showers (floor -2), access for residents only, hours to be confirmed with the concierge. Please identify yourselves to the concierge for entry.
Parking space on level -2 (elevator to -4), fits one medium car. Street parking is also available.
We are usually in Madrid for work, but 24-hour security will hand you the keys and assist with anything you need. Self check-in.
Bus stop (lines 150 and 14) right in front. Metro with direct connection to the airport and commuter train to the whole region.
