Beliggenheden var rigtig fin og værelset havet en fin størrelse og den generelle renlighed var udemærket. Sengen var middelmådig og hvergang man åbnet døren til badeværelset føltes det som at loftet ville falde ned

수건만큼은 매일 교체해주세요!

객실은 전반적으로 깔끔하고 사진과 비슷합니다. 2박이상 숙박계획이 있다면 수건과 휴지를 넉넉히 달라고 하세요. 체크아웃전까지 청소나 수건교체를 해주지 않습니다. 지하철역과 솔광장, 왕궁등 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 청소는 매일 안해줘도되니 수건만큼은 매일교체 해주면 더 좋은거 같습니다.

a run down, unkept place in a great location

This is a run down, unkept establishment. No elevator to the 6th floor, old scrappy carpets with mold smelling of mold , and a strong smell of smoking throught the roon & the building

Fui y me dieron una habitación en la que había una persona ya durmiendo. Me parece una absoluta vergüenza y es algo que nunca me había pasado. Además, en el momento de decirle a la persona de la entrada que cancelara la reserva y no me cobrara me dijo que no era posible, y de hecho pese a que finalmente me fui del establecimiento me han cargado la noche de todas formas

Pretty good actually

Pretty good for the location given i booked it on the day. In a nice city apartment block, but on the top floor, with the lift stopping one floor short. Check in is 100m down the street. The top floor looks a bit old fahioned but the rooms arent so bad. They might look a bit old and brown but theyre clean and everything works well. Good shower, aircon, bed (sockets both sides). Nothinh astonishing but great value for the location.

Location couldn't be better. Staff is very friendly. Apartments are huge. Toilet paper and soap supply is limited and runs fast. The day I checked out I realized I had many bedbug bites, I could see bite-marks on my feet, chest and arms. I believe this place has a problem with bed bug infestation and they have not realized yet, or have not been able to get rid of them.

Conveniently located Efficiency in Central Madrid

Great location in El Centro Madrid near the Royal Palace, great sights in every direction: Plaza Espana, short walks to Sol, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Santo Domingo, Universidad Nebrija, Gran Via etc. Efficiency had comfortable Queen bed; older bathroom that had some wood and shower damage. Modern Kitchen appliance and half-fridge worked very well. We enjoyed coffee & breakfast here every morning.

Buitenproportioneel onaanvaardbare prijs-kwaliteit. Schimmel + Geur in kast - douche fuctioneert niet naar behoren, met een badkamerzwembad als resultaat - slechte bedden - geen propere handdoeken/laken als je er niet achter vraagt - niet aan de hedendaagse normen uitgeruste kamer, als je meer dan 200 euro per nacht betaald.

Séjour catastrophique à Madrid

La réception des clients est située à peu près à 200 ou 300 mètres du lieu d'hébergement. Heureusement que lorsque je suis arrivé sur le lieu d'hébergement, il y avait un gardien pour m'expliquer comment faire car si j'étais arrivé un dimanche, j'aurais été dans l'embarras vu qu'il n'y a pas de gardien d'immeuble ce jour là pour donner des explications. Arrivé à la réception, on me donne les instructions d'hébergement en anglais sans me demander au préalable si je connais cette langue (or, je ne la connais pas). Donc, aucune aide vis-à-vis des clients. De plus, j'étais logé au 6ème étage mais l'ascenseur ne va que jusqu'au 5ème. Donc il a fallu monter le dernier étage à pieds. Je ne suis pas handicapé Dieu merci, mais dans le cas contraire? Comment fais-je? De plus, j'étais chargé en bagages, d'où la difficulté. La réception ne m'avait pas avisé de cet état de fait. Heureusement que le gardien n'était pas encore parti (nous étions en début de soirée et il aurait très bien pu avoir quitté son poste car il n'est pas là en permanence). Le lendemain, dimanche, il n'était pas là de la journée. Il n'y a pas de service de chambre pour entretenir la chambre d'une nuit à l'autre. Au niveau qualité/prix, le prix demandé pour cette chambre est une honte car d'un montant TRES excessif compte-tenu des services rendus. Bref ! la cata, ce qui m'a beaucoup aidé à pourrir mon séjour à Madrid. Je déconseille fortement ce genre d'endroit qui ne remplit aucunement ses devoirs d'hébergeur.

No room service as the front desk was in another building and down the street and no phone. The building was more or less for short/long term rentals. The room was equipped with a mini kitchen which was handy for eating leftover/snacks. The location was minutes from Starbucks and the Metro. Overall the stay was fine.
