"We had a room on the 9th floor. The toilet did not flush. After a bit we called the desk and a girl came up, thinking our toilet had overflowed, apparently. It had not overflowed; it simply would not flush properly and the entire bathroom area had a high whining electrical noise that never stopped. You had to turn everything off and shut the door. We were offered another room, but chose to go out to dinner and hope that they could fix it during our absence. We asked for keys to a new room, but the system was down and so we only got one key, to a 5th floor room. We went back up to the 9th floor, post dinner, and the toilet seemed to be working okay, although the high whining noise (electrical) was still present and never left. we did not want to have to move everything, so we stayed there The 9th floor rooms have a nice view and the staff was helpful and tried, but someone should certainly make sure that the bathroon (of all of the rooms) works well. The underground parking garage was.....interesting. When we journeyed out to dine, we learned that this hotel is (approximately) where St. Patrick's Church once stood and we walked right by an elderly high rise that my mom lived in for 10 years. The time of the year meant no students in the streets, which was weird. I believe that any room renting for $300 or so should have a working bathroon with a toilet that flushes properly and, hopefully not a high-pitched whining electrical noise constantly emanating from the bathroom, ,"
"Good breakfast, mediocre dinner. Food was cold.
Room was not cleaned during my stay. Outside of emptying the waste baskets and replacing used towels nothing was done."
"The room is clean. Staff there are very helpful. You could store your luggage at the front desk before you check in or after you check out. There is a free shuttle bus to the hospital. Complimentary breakfast AND dinner every day."
"Not fancy and seemed old but clean. Staff was present and helpful, visibly cleaning and maintaining the breakfast area and newly vacated rooms. Breakfast was good."
"Super nice staff!! The property is a bit old, but it was clean and quiet. The tub faucet leaked quite a bit, but it wasn’t noisy. Breakfast was good—eggs sausage waffles and made to order coffee machine. Check in was easy. No complaints!"
