"Great hotel although didn’t acknowledge VIP status. Not a big deal. Did not like every other day housekeeping in spite of me requesting a daily. COVID is over and if you’re going to be a high end hotel this is not the way. Overall, staff was wonderful."

"Jenny the person behind the desk did an amazing job taking care of issue over the phone two days before arrival. She was behind the desk also upon arrival for check. She started out the stay Awesome. Extremely nice, helpful, patient and understanding. The room/stay was exactly what I was looking for during time in Madison. "

It is in the quiet neighborhood and is walkable to the Capitol square where there are a selection of restaurants to eat from. We stayed in the studio suite, which provided sufficient amenities, including washer/dryer in the unit. We would come back here again."
