The Space:

4th floor apartment. The entrance opens into the kitchen. The bathroom, washer, and dryer will be to your right. Beyond the kitchen is the living and work area. The bedroom is past the kitchen and to your right.



Guest Access:

You will have access to your apartment, underground garage parking, a shared gym/exercise area, work rooms and printers (shared, first come first serve), dog washing station, bicycle rentals in the garage, free coffee in the lobby.



The Neighborhood:

-Located on the East Side of Madison near American Family Insurance and UW Health East Clinic.



Getting Around:

There is a metro bus stop that is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

This is a large building with mostly long-term tenants.



Screening Requirements:

Background and ID Checks are required.



Pet Restrictions:

Breed restrictions and swab requirement.



Interaction with Guests:

We will not be present in person. But we will be available if needed.
