Stay in your car or literally anywhere else

I did not realize it was legal to let a homeless shelter smell this bad. Maybe if it doubles as a truly awful motel, it is okay?

This property needs a lot of cleaning and updating. The carpet in the hallways has massive stains all over that look like someone was murdered and dragged down the hallway. The smell of the hotel was also gross. My husband and I didn't even want to breathe in the elevator because of the smell. Our bathroom sink didn't drain the water very well and it leaked from the pipe all over the bathroom floor. Our bed linens looked like someone had laid on them, so we were unsure if they were even clean. I chose this hotel because it was the closest one to the airport and I booked without reading reviews, my mistake that I won't make again.

Hotel with airport shuttle

They picked me up from airport in a older minivan when I called right away. Two other places with airport shuttles said they were not running due to staffing and to take a cab or ride share. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical hot and cold items. Staff always asked if I needed anything. Not a 4 star hotel but not a dive either.

This place was filthy. Outside doors were broken, hallways smelled moldy, parking lot was full of trash. Felt very unsafe.

It wasn’t the worst

I thought it’s have been a little nicer from what I gathered from the reviews. I think people may only like it because they have a pool. My room was alright despite the weird smell that never seemed to go away. I had just enough towels. I could’ve used more. It seems at night some suspicious activity goes down. And why does the door get locked at night? People are out late and need to get back to their rooms. The guy came and opened it after knocking on it a couple times, but why it was locked was strange to me.

It is old & run-down. This entire property needs alot of updating & fixing everything. The room was so gross that if we hadn't been driving all day, we would have left & found another. To stay we brought blankets in from the car & did not sleep in the beds. it is disgusting!

The bar/restaurant was shut down, despite being used in the ad as an available amenity. Several doors to access my wing of the hotel from the parking lot were broken, forcing me to carry my luggage twice the distance. The landscaping and exterior made the place look like an old abandoned building from a movie set. The room itself and the pool area had no major issues and was the only reason we stuck around.

Great staff, poor signage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had stairways that smelled of smoke. Worst of all, very poor signage. Several people, myself included could not find the lobby because of very few signs.

Ok but won’t be returning

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable but there was a strange odor throughout the hotel and in the bedroom. Sheets and towels were clean but I won’t be returning. Hotel needs a complete updating wall paper is peeling off walls, carpet is torn and stains everywhere. I am not very picky but this was below my expectation

Better than a tent in a storm I guess

We decided to stay here when a stormfront rolled through the campgrounds we were staying at. When we arrived, there was a large amount of people standing outside smoking, who watched us pull in. After check in (which went smoothly) we went to use a cart to move our stuff into the room, as we were not comfortable leaving anything in the car, and the cart barely worked. After taking the elevator up to the second floor, we found there was a small set of stairs we had to go down to get to our room. If you’re on the second floor with a number of 200-300, the room is not wheelchair accessible. Most of the property stank of weed. There were people in adjacent rooms yelling. When we woke up the following morning, we noticed there was a plastic bag tied over the smoke alarm to allow people to smoke in the room. Overall, a sketchy and not very nice hotel. However, it does beat staying in a tent in a Thunderstorm, but not by much.

We arrived at airport….hotel has a shuttle….called and no shuttle…..hotel paid for a taxi….took too long…there was trash on the floor in elevator during our stay….did not see any employees working….no cleaning people …. In the room….2 lamps did not work……phones don’t work….no blanket on bed…. Breakfast was ok…..overall disappointing

Deceptive. Don’t stay here

Hotel was extremely dirty and smelled of smoke. The beds were uncomfortable and you can see where others had slept. The bathrooms were gross. The pictures are deceiving. I want a refund.
