Disgusting hotel. No room service as in cleaning of room. Carpets filthy. Pillows filthy as well as blankets. Bugs in room. Bathrooms filthy and mouldy. Repeated requests to clean and change totally ignored by Expedia and the hotel. Have a disabled daughter so made the the situation much harder to handle or change hotels once we had arrived and checked in very very disappointed. Stay away.

I stayed over 7 days, nobody came to clean my room or changed bin. I rang receptionist over 10 times regarding bin change or bedding but nothing happened. Then l changed bin myself. They don't care about hygiene or anything.

amazing facility, i asked for late checkout and they were very accomodating. the bed was SUPER comfy and room super clean only thing they can improve perhaps is may be consider changing sink of bathrooms - not dirty at all, but just had some crack in it. I am sure that is NOT the case every room. Overall, I would love to stay here AGAIn. so convienant to shopping and musjid. LOVED IT.

We had to wait for over an hour to get our room. Bathroom was dirty and you can see mould. No toilet roll. 4 beds were cramped in room meant for two beds. Hardly enough room to put luggage and be able to walk freely in the room. Expedia should not rate it as a 4 star hotel.

front desk team are more focus on group or big team guest. they don't care about small group or 1 or 2 rooms guest. I had my kids with me, they refuse to warm a glass of milk though I can clearly see a microwave is sitting close to front desk. we went to next door hotel and they warmed it for us.

No Wi-Fi and Terrible services
Unfortunately hotel was not good enough at all terrible services specially no Internet in the room, only benefit was it was close to Haram Shareef apart from that nothing to like about. I would suggest any other hotel which is near to Haram Shareef there are plenty of hotels which are near to Haram Shareef but please don’t book this hotel if you are travelling or staying with your family

They have no space and they transfer to other hotel DSPT three star hotel.thier bath room conditions is so bad and no rooms service

There is nothing that we like about this hotel, at the time of check-in, they did not have our room ready and we have to wait more than one hour. The hotel gave us 3 single beds but we especially asked for a king bed. We stayed over for 4 nights and Housekeeping came only ones!!! The washroom was mouldy and beds had only a single sheet on dirty mattress. We are very disappointed at the hotel and and with Expedia for false marketing

Always overbooking
The individuals at the front desk told us we had come to the wrong hotel when we arrived. They had over booked and this seemed to happen almost everyday around check in time. They are always over booking and sending off people to hotels in the nearby vicinity that are very bad in service. Be sure to speak to manager when faced with such a situation. Wifi was not good at all - had to reconnect every minute to it.

We requested a late check in and we arrived around 8 pm with two sleeping toddlers and our room was not ready yet and had to wait about 30 minutes. The room is very small, carpet was dirty and you can feel it when you walk on it. The water boiler was dirty that we never used. The bed was clean. Bathroom was clean but very tight that you pump on everything. The only positive is that it’s close to the Mosque that you directly get to gate 16. Unfortunately, we may not stay there again.

Avoid Zower International Hitel Madina
Poor service for 4* hotel. Hardly any water in rooms. Tea coffee not supplied in rooms. Paid to get tea and water from outside. Would not recommend to anyone.

Nasty dirty trash.
Most dirty and unprofessional hotel I have ever lived in medina. Staff don't understand English at all, you must have someone speak other language other than English May work in housekeeping to translate to front desk. Counter peoples are extremely rude. AirCondition wasn't working and it's took 4 day to technician to arrive and even didn't fix to work. No housekeeping at all.

Walking distance to haram
Much lower class hotel than Motel 6. Extremely filthy carpet. The only reason it is selling for its location. Other than that not for someone looking for comfort and cleanliness.

lift services are very poor
They had more then 11 floor. but they have only 4 lifts people are annoyed with the lift services. every time breakfast was same. Staff are helpful. location is very nearer. but we wasted our time in waiting for the lift. if they improve their lift services this Hotel will be best.

Hotel to avoid..
There are a lot of other hotels similar price range, CLOSER to Haram Especially for Ladies. Hotels like Durrat Al Andaluz or Sanabel are same price but much better and also closer for ladies. very few staff spoke English.

I have stayed here previosly and it use to be excellent. But now the hotel is under new management and he has done an aweful job of the place. All the nice and hard workers have left and the new workers do not do their job properly. Rooms are not clean and the wifi has gone worse. Can not use it at all.

Good location but not so clean.
Room was not very clean. No towels until we requested them. Some mattresses were old and sunk in places. Great for basement parking and short walk to the Masjid Al-Nabawi.
