Unfortunately we didn't arrive until 3.15am and the hotel was closed however we phoned an emergency no. and a member of staff gave us a key code to access the key. "Everything was very good — clean and well equipped. Bed linen, towels, kitchenware and appliances were all provided, and the parking was great too. The view was amazing, and of course the special Madeira touch — watching the planes take off and land, visible even from the room. Overall, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!"

"I liked the location, the sea view, well equiped kitchen, modern furnishings, the very handy laundry area, useful car parking, communication with A Home in Madeira and the lovely friendly welcome from Rosario. Supplying beach towels is a great idea. Two very small points, neither of which detracted from the holiday but might bother other people - there was a smell of foul water in the ensuite bathroom which disappeared after I flushed all the appliances with water. And the double bed is a bit creaky."
