Dear Katerina, We apologize for the poor experience you had at our studios. Our reception is not open 24 hours and for that reason we ask our guests to inform about their flight number so we can be on-site upon arrival. When this information is not available we might open the door remotely, but that doesn't mean we will not assist our guests in case of need. What you are describing is not acceptable for our standards and we would have moved you to another room or would have asked the housekeeper to clean the room again with your supervision if we had knowned about your dissatisfaction. On the other hand we were very suprised to hear that hot water ran out in more than one occasion, specially because each room has a water boiller with 50 liters capacity. We understand that you preferred to move to a studio instead of staying in the economic double room as initially booked. Such upgrade has a cost, although insignificant considering the quality of accommodation. We can only apologize for knowing the room did not live up to expectations. Dear Daniel, Thank you for your feedback, it will certaintly help us improve our service. The building is historical and is city heritage, protected by portuguese law, so we cannot install air-conditioning boxes in the facade. We are studying our options but until then we will keep the hot and cold ventilators. Each room has one but we are able to provide an extra one and from our guests feedback its works really well. Hope to have the oportunity to welcome you again in the near future. All the best!

Se fôssemos a procurar 3 atributos pelos quais gostaríamos de ser reconhecidos seriam provavelmente esses mesmos... Em relação às comodidades, iremos analisar o que poderemos implementar, se bem que consideramos as que temos justas para as tarifas praticadas. A decoração é sempre um aspecto muito pessoal... Tentamos que a nossa reflicta a história do edifício, por isso optamos por um mobiliário português clássico. Sabemos que o mesmo não será do agrado de todos, se bem que o feedback da maioria dos nossos clientes seja muito positivo, ainda assim lamentamos que não tenha sido esse o seu caso.
