"The house was lovely, very clean and well appointed. It was well heated, and there were plenty of blankets for those chilly mornings. The garden was very well taken care of, and the fully fenced yard meant our dogs could safely roam outside. The house is on a nice and quiet street, but close enough to Robertson town centre that it’s an easy stroll. We loved our stay and will certainly be back next time!"
Sandstone cottage with cozy open fireplace in the heart of Robertson
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely rustic escape. Was a wonderful spot for our family to stay wile visiting Robertson for a wedding. Wood fireplace perfect for cool nights, bbq outside great for enjoying the clear day"
"This property is quite dated and could use a good TLC such as removing cob webs around the house and the outdoor setting as an example. It felt it had not be used for some time.Unfortunately, the agency "HOLIDAY RENTAL SPECIALISTS' that rented the property, bombarded us with emails and messages after we booked. We had over 13 emails and 7 messages, even whilst we were at the property, beyond messages of checkin and check out. We found it quite intrusive. When asked if they could post back a iphone charger in a self addressed pre paid padded bag, they still wanted to charge 25. We found this a poor & desperate attempt at money grabbing. We were told numerous times that there was no noise outside after 10pm but receiving these texts whilst were were at the property, during our stay, felt like an invasion of privacy. We were out for dinner each evening and being professionals, we are certainly not party people.Unfortunately it did marred our stay. Needless to say we would not recommend the agency."
