Cosy country retreat

"We were in Trangie for a wedding and Josie’s cottage was the perfect home away from home for our family. The cottage was larger than expected with plenty of room for two families. A beautiful cheese platter and wine welcomed us and helped us settle in to enjoy the open fire and tastefully decorated home. The cottage was very clean, beds comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. "

"The exterior appeal needs work but the rooms were remodelled and comfortable. Renovation seems to be underway of this old 60s motel. Air con was super noisy and had to turn it off overnight. Very close to the services club but I wouldn’t walk at night as it was dark in the street with no outside lights at the motel! It was very quiet and I would consider staying here again for an overnight stay."
