Treehouse on Stone - House and Private Guest Suite

  • This great house is available to sleep 6 people in the house and 4 people in the downstairs guest suite.
    The downstairs guest suite is externally accessed from the main house.

    - Linen provided - just bring your own beach towels
    - Just a short walk to the beach or lake via easement at the back of the property

    - Combustion Fire - bring own wood and please leave clean
    - Pet Friendly for little dogs only however, the yard is unfenced
    - Off-street parking for 1 car

    This modern, tastefully decorated house has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the externally accessed guest suite. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and ensuite, and bedroom two has a queen size bed. There is a bathroom on this level.
    Bedroom three is on the lower level and has two single beds. The main bathroom is on this level and has a bath. There is also a sitting room with another television. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer.

    The main living is on the upper level. Open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining area. There is a combustion fireplace for the winter nights - bring your own wood. There are ceiling fans in the main living area and all bedrooms. There is also a deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture.

    Guest suite has two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and bedroom two has two single beds. There is also a small kitchen and lounge room with television.

    The property will accept small dogs, however, it is not fenced. Please remove all evidence of your pet.

    Macmasters Beach is located on the Bouddi Peninsula on NSW Central Coast. It is rated as one of the top one hundred surf beaches in Australia. There is a Surf Club that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner most days with magnificent views of the surf point. There is also a tidal swimming pool and the beach is patrolled throughout the swimming/ surfing season.

Lovely stay

This house was really clean with almost everything we could ask for in amenities. Heating was a little tricky downstairs but upstairs had a fire which was good for our winter stay. There is no internal access for two of the bedrooms but we were able to work with that for our family stay.

Wonderful stay

This is a wonderful property - maybe the best we have rented for short accommodation in a while. The location is amazing, in the shade of trees but with filtered sun. Bedrooms are clean and bed linen is of good quality. Decorated with taste it is a pleasure to spend time inside or on the deck. There are in fact 4 bathrooms if you count the lower apartment (separate entry). Thank you
