This is listed as an English speaking host which is not accurate. We struggled to communicate. The place is advertised with a pool but this was out of bounds due to the drought, we understand this but we should have known before arrival. We had no hot water at all during our stay and we could not contact the host despite messaging and ringing the door...

"Although enjoyable not quite what we were expecting. We only however had 2 problems. Finding the location initially. There were no directions and eventually we had to phone Alain. The second was the shower. It was very difficult to use and needs reviewing."

"Lovely stay. Eloi is a superb host, for whom nothing seemed too much trouble. The property is in a superb location, with fabulous views over the mountain to the border with Spain. "I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."
