"Great location to the rink"

"When I varrived i noticed thecremote would not conrol the volume of the tv and the tv power could not be switched with remote. Told the front desk and they took no action. I then discovered the telephone did not work. Again I asked the front desk to fix the problem and they did nothing. Having no phone means no 911 service in an emergency. Not impressed by the staff at this hotel."

"The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was nice. Location is great. The only downfall is that the room was extremely warm. The controls were off, so you couldn’t adjust the heat. They did have fans in the room but it was still really warm. "

"Everything was great for our three night stay which has been a tradition each Nov/Dec for the past three years. Everything in the bachelor suite was great, clean and in good shape. When we had some challenges with our toilet on our last day, Mike was at the site and came quickly to try to fix it. When that wasn't possible, we were offered the opportunity to stay in the house for our last night. Of course we were delighted to accept this offer and enjoyed the house to the maximum, especially the beautiful staircase, sun room, piano, comfortable bedrooms and the pool table in the lower level as well as the direct access to the swimming pool! Thanks so much for this incredible upgrade for our last night. The kids were so happy to enjoy the house. "

"Our stay was wonderful. Sarah was quick to reply with clear information. Entry to the home was hassle free. Certainly not any fault of Sarah's but it was a bit of a bother that we had to be careful with water consumption due to the unusually dry summer. That aside, I would book it again."

"We had a lovely two night stay at Fiddler's Lake. The spot is very peaceful with some lovely walking paths. Christine and Karen were excellent hosts and very communicative. Highly recommend!"
