"Staff was wonderful and helpful and sweet the continental breakfasts were very good inflatable very clean very nice and presentable location is excellent but hopefully you do not get room 215 because the windows were nasty you couldn’t even look out because it looked like a horror house 😱we didn’t request a different room because because we’re 2 older ladies we didn’t want to pack and unpack again —
So we kept the window fabric screen always down so we didn’t have to look at half of the window that was so dirty !"
"Room wasn’t the cleanest, some small paper pieces around the room and a left behind charger from the previous person staying in the room. Fine for a cheaper option but not great."
"Room wasn’t clean, toothpaste from the previous guest still on the sink. Counter not wiped down. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Tank in the toilet kept running on and off all night. Unknown dark stain on the side of one of the beds."
"It was a snow storm while we were there, for all of us novice winter people an employee went through the parking lot and lifted all the windshield wipers so they wouldn’t freeze and get stuck on the windshields. Everyone at breakfast was very glad someone thought ahead and was so gracious."
"Room was clean. Location is a bit noisy. Busy roadways on both sides of the building and so we heard sirens all night long. Maybe better windows to help soften the noise. Careful on purchasing just a can of soda. They charge $4.00 a CAN. Bit to much as far as I'm concerned. Get a vending machine through the distributors, they charge less."
"The breakfast was delicious and I really appreciate that my son loves gluten-free bagels and muffins. The room is spotless. Hot tub and swimming pool are perfect we really enjoy them."
"Staff were super awesome and location is fantastic but if you're a woman traveling alone or you're not used to staying in inns frequented by people in unstable housing situations then I would probably try to find somewhere else."
