Apartment in Maastricht near Wilhelmusplein

These modern and comfortable apartments in Resort Maastricht were finished by the middle of 2018.

The apartments are all situated around the newly built Wilhelmusplein square, which forms the central point of this resort, where you'll find the majority of the facilities. They include a number of cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. There's also a newly built, partially covered swimming pool (expected to open in July 2018), surrounded by a nice sunbathing area. The apartments are spread out over a few different buildings (up to five floors tall) and can be reached via a lift. This means that your apartment could be either on the ground floor, or on one of the higher floors.

There are three different types of apartments.

For example the one-level, 2-person apartment with one bedroom (NL-6216-09). With its 50-m2, this is a spacious accommodation for two people.

There's also a one-level, 4-person apartment with two bedrooms (NL-6216-10). This apartment is also very spacious, with a total of 70 m2.

Finally, there's a 4-person apartment with two bedrooms that consists of two floors (NL-6216-11). This type of apartment has the bedrooms and the bathroom on the lower floor. In addition to the separate toilet next to the entrance, there's a second toilet in the bathroom.

All of these spacious apartments feature a comfortable and luxurious interior. The kitchens are equipped with high-end, built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination and a Nespresso coffee machine. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. All apartments feature a separate toilet. All apartments come with a furnished terrace or balcony. You can park your car in the central parking area behind the Wilhelmusplein square.
