This hotel is unique. The hotel is located in a monastery combined with a Gothic church, and it merges the modern and the ancient in a comfortable marriage. We had an extraordinary stay and an amazing breakfast. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A once in time happening and experience.

This hotel had the best service I have ever experienced! The clerks would recognize us and ask how we were enjoying our stay. They even remembered specific things about us to personalize our visit. It is an old monastery so you were staying in history. Would highly recommend this place!!

The hotel is very beautiful. A former church was renovated to create a very stylish, lovely hotel. The condition of the room was excellent, especially the bathroom which has a fantastic tub and great hot water and water pressure in the shower. The bed is reasonably comfortable and the room, though snug, was good for our purposes. We did not get the breakfast, as 40 EUR per person for a buffet seemed too much. Service was fine, though several times they were not able to help with requests. A local friend who knows about food highly recommended their restaurant for dinner, though we were not in town long enough to take advantage. The location is convenient to nice restaurants and shopping, and a short taxi ride to the train station. Overall, it was nice and we were happy enough, but I think you are mostly paying for the beautiful lobby. I'm not sure I would spend so much to stay here again.

I loved the rooms and the hotel looks really nice. Location is perfect. Only remark is when we arrived, other guests got welcome drinks and we were not asked at any time. This felt not nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing bad but also not special, perhaps my expectation with a 5* is higher. The porter was helpful and kind.

Nice and central .

Central location. Receptionists excellent and very good when asked for anything. Room quite tight and difficult to negotiate movement without hitting your head due to the slanting original ceiling on the second floor. The overall ambiance in the main building is impressive but there is no extras like a gym, sauna, pool , etc . It’s simply the room that you’re paying for, breakfast ( continental) at €45 is extra and the restaurant is open on Saturdays for evening meals only .
