"As someone who usually stays at very cheap stays, this was a treat. I stayed by myself and I felt like the room was very big. The bathroom and shower were small but fine. Front desk attendants were very nice and the breakfast was simple but enough to get my day started. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night! Beautiful villa. I would stay again!"

"An unscheduled stay. Right in the heart of old town. Maria and the staff were immediately accommodating and helpful. An older hotel in the old town as expected. But a surprising highlight of our trip. "

The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. Great location right in the heart of Orvieto, access to everywhere, and wonderful service from our host, Francesco, who expertly navigated a few early hiccups to make our stay there just perfect. He even hand delivered my power adapter that I forgot in the room when we checked out!

"What a great hotel at a perfect location!! It’s close to Duomo, very easy to get from Orvieto train station by funicular and bus A to Duomo.
I got a room at a separate building from the main building, so it was very quiet and the room is so spacious, clean and comfortable.
There are so many shops, restaurants, cafes, gelateria around the hotel. Highly recommend it!!"
