"The check-in process was phenomenal quick and very informative about the amenities Ramada offers. I really appreciated the associate at the front desk he was knowledgeable and made me feel acknowledged. & well The area didn’t feel very safe at first, but during my stay, nothing concerning actually happened. The elevator was outdated and could really use a refresh that’s just my opinion. As for cleanliness, a few items in the room, like the remote and TV, had some residue on them, possibly from a previous guest. It looked like an oily substance, though I’m not sure what it was. Aside from that, everything else was okay. Will be Returning "
