The space
Sandpearl Suite is located in central Lytham St Annes directly across from its beautiful beach. Just a stone throw away from everything the town has to offer, you are just down the road from St Annes Square where there are a handful of shops, pubs and cafes. The pier is just down the road which is next door to The Island Cinema and St Annes swimming baths. The location is perfect for both leisure and business trips and ideal for families due to the central location.

All of our apartments aim to meet the highest of standards providing a modern, comfortable home away from home. We also have a heated, private indoor swimming pool which is subject to availability to our guests. A timetable is provided to all guests upon arrival which will show the times that the pool is available to the guests.

This apartment sleeps 6 people with 2 x double beds and a sofa bed.

We have a lounge area with a settee and a breakfast bar for dining.

Our kitchen provides you with all appliances you would need during your stay.

The private bathroom offers a shower and towels.

For this property there is a £150 deposit to cover any damage that may occur during your stay.

*Before your arrival and in order to receive your check in information, we require a copy of your photo ID, either driving license or passport. This is requested via email 5 days before your arrival.

The cleaning fee for this property is £40. Pets are allowed upon request, there is a additional cleaning fee of £40 for bookings with pets.

We would also like to point out that this property has private access you do not need to pass through any building to enter the accommodation which is ideal for COVID-19 circumstances. To access the apartment there is a ramp and then two steps into the court yard and a step into the apartment.
