The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located fully refurbished ground apartment. 400 yards from town centre bars, shops and restaurants, 200 yards from train station and 700 yards from the award winning beach and pier.
The property is stylish with mixture of carpet, laminate and parquet flooring.
Brand new kitchen and bathroom with mains fed power shower over the bath, the kitchen as oven, hob, washing machine, Dishwasher, tumble dryer and microwave.Free parking, and garden
The space The rooms will be all modern decorated in whites, greys with new flooring all brand new M&S furniture and an Emma king size mattress as well.
The living room as the big marble original fireplace with open flame gas fire, that will never probably be used as the boiler is brand new and the heating is super hot in minutes,
Living room is over 5 metres long with full wall windows overlooking the garden area where the children can play while you sit out with them or work / browse the iPad sat in the window looking out at the fun they are having and a great view...not bad is it after a great day at the beach or on of the other great attractions around the property.
Other things to note
We will always have a pint of milk and 4 bottles of water in the fridge for you and a pack of M&S biscuits, also all toilet roll, bedding and towels are supplied. With a nice vase of flowers as well in the living room to make it feel more homely for your stay. Operated and managed by Le Saule Properties Ltd

An excellent apartment having been restored to an extremely high specification. So comfortable and furnished with artistic vision.
