"Clean spacious and quiet "

"Staff were friendly and polite. We received a courtesy call to let us know that the reception closes at 6:30pm. We informed them that we were arriving later in the evening, and the staff willingly made arrangements to accommodate. Room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. It is an older style model. But we were happy with the room according to the price we paid."

"The host was very responsive to our various questions. The home is dated and in need of a thorough deep cleaning. The kitchen needs to be updated. Some kitchen cabinet doors are broken. We had ants in the bedroom with the bunk beds. Door to basement toilet does not remain closed. The home backs up to a busy freeway. Swimming pool is not heated. We were very disappointed to not have a clothes dryer. Not sure why we would need 2 washers and no clothes dryer. "

"There were dead moths throughout the home inside, spiderwebs everywhere, and there was a huge spider inside the house. There was NO iron or ironing board, and the toaster didint work. When i told the Host, they said for me to go buy it myself, whicj coming from another country is a hassle. I asked for some reimbursement and the host denied it saying the property was clean which made no sense because he didnt even once come inspect the property himself. "
