"This unique house is in a quaint neighborhood. It is a aviation neighborhood, so has a few planes going in and out which the kids enjoyed watching. House was about 20 minutes from Louisville and 17 from Boulder reservoir. It was nice to be in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities."

The hours we spent beside the river, along the trails and in Rocky Mountain National Park are cherished memories. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the property manager is outstanding. The kitchen is well-stocked, too. Truly exceptional."

"Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...

"We had a great time at this property and the view and sounds from the Fall River were fantastic. Spent a lot of time on the deck just enjoying it all. Saw elk, deer, wild turkeys and of course hummingbirds! Kitchen and grill were great to accommodate our cooking needs. The place is lovely. Already hoping to return soon!"

"The house was clean upon arriving; the cleaning crew was still there at 3 and we couldn’t check in until 4. The property was as stated in the listing. The only issue we had was the front door lock was not working properly and after 2 emails we still never heard back from the home owner… We had a great time and will rent it again- maybe this summer."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. Ultra convenient location to downtown Estes, views out the windows, overall great. Everything was super clean and ready, comfortable beds and nice hot showers was perfect after hiking. All messages and questions were answered immediately, 10/10 would stay here again when visiting Estes!"
